Logan Davis ('09) was promoted to Assistant Director of Athletics for Compliance and Academics in 2023. He's served as the Director of Compliance since 2020.
Prior to his advancement within athletic administration, Davis was Head Coach of the men's wrestling program for ten seasons (2012-2022) and the Head Coach for men's and women's cross country from 2011-2016.
Davis graduated from Southern Virginia University in 2009 with a B.A. in Liberal Arts. In 2024, he graduated from Lakeland University with an M.S. in Organizational Leadership and Development.
As a student-athlete at Southern Virginia, Davis was a two-time USCAA Academic All-American recipient in cross country and wrestling. Davis was also a three-time qualifier for the NCWA national tournament in the 133-lb. weight class and was a member of the men's cross country team that placed 2nd at the USCAA National Championships in 2007 and 2008.
He served as a full-time missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the Kenya Nairobi Mission from 2003-2005.
Davis resides in Lexington with his wife Emilie ('06) and their five children.
