Credential Policy

Credentials (press and photography passes) issued by Southern Virginia University are required to cover all regular season events which take place on Southern Virginia's campus or an event in which Southern Virginia has been assigned to distribute credentials, including but not limited to intercollegiate games/matches, scrimmages, practices, media availabilities, and press conferences.

Only credentialed media personnel will be granted access to playing surfaces. Official visiting photographers should contact the Athletic Communications Office via their institution's Athletic Communications Office. All media requests must also be made 24 hours in advance.

Interview Policy

All requests to speak with Southern Virginia players, coaches, and staff should be directed to the appropriate Southern Virginia Athletic Communications staff member. Members of the media who reach out directly to Southern Virginia players, coaches, or staff without prior approval may face suspension or revocation of credentials.
