Buena Vista, VA - The Southern Virginia women's cross country team has unveiled their 2024 schedule, with the team aiming for another strong performance at the 2024 USA South Cross Country Championship.

The Knights will open the season at Sweet Briar before heading to the D3 Pre-Nationals in Terre Haute, Indiana. They will then travel to Logan Township, New Jersey, for the Rowan Inter-Region Border Battle, finishing their final preparations for the USA South Championships on November 2nd.

Southern Virginia has consistently been among the top teams in the conference over the past three years. The Knights aim to reclaim the top spot after winning the conference in 2021 and finishing as runner-up in 2022 and 2023.
